Home Maintenance Inspection
A visual inspection of the house inside and outside will be completed with the home owner. Items that should be repaired/replaced first will be noted. A complete list of what to do when will be left with the home owner as well as a check list that can be used during the year(s). Items such as when to do recaulking, grading, painting etc. General maintenance tips will also be provided.
