One Year Home Inspection
All previously noted defects will be tested and/or checked for proper repair/replacement. Any items not repaired/replaced will be added to the list of current defects. As with a regular inspection I will check all exterior components, roof, attic, interior components such as doors, windows, flooring etc. as well as plumbing, electrical, furnace and or air conditioner depending on the season. Components will be operated as per normal functions. All items can be listed on Tarion report sheets so all you have to do is print them out and submit to your builder and Tarion. Your report will be delivered via e-mail with-in 24-48 hours from completion of the inspection.
